A warm welcome on arrival. IT was down, was given a complimentary drink whilst waiting to checkin. Room was spotless and spacious with a huge bed! Breakfast was amazing. I requested an omelette (not on the menu) and the Chef very kindly made me one. Great Work Team 👌

Great location, so accessible with train, tram and bus links all close to property. Room was a good size, beds comfy , nice tea and coffee selection in room, staff were friendly and attentive, breakfast and service was great! Only minor gripe is there wasnt a plug socket near to a mirror so made doing hair tricky, and would have liked a bedside light but having said that i would definitely stay again as so many positives!

Lovely stay

We stayed for one night following a concert, the building is stunning and the staff are welcoming and eager to help. The only feedback would be that check out isn't until 11am but there was quite a bit of noise from around 8am
