The hotel is in conveniently area for exploring the city. The hotel itself is a beautiful building which has retained a lot of original features. Our room was a good size and had a nice bathroom. The beds were also very comfortable . There was a good choice for made to order Breakfast which was included in our room rate and was delicious. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again if I visit Manchester in the future.

We loved the convenience for access to the Picadilly area, parking very nearby (Picadilly Basin) and the station for trams to venue for a concert at Co-op Live Special mention to Omar on the front desk for his local knowledge and tips. We will be back, thank you for a lovely stay

The guy on check in was lovely, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The room was lovely apart from it was a very hot evening and no air con was available. Only one window opened a very small amount, due to the old sash windows
