The White Water Oceanfront Home offers two inviting bedrooms for a relaxing stay. The spacious master suite features a luxurious king-size bed and a large bathroom with a soaking tub & rain shower. The guest bedroom has a cozy queen bed and closet with access to a full guest bathroom. Central heating ensures comfort year-round. Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, or explore the many unique dining options just minutes away.

We welcome pets, but they must be added at the time of booking and a pet fee applies.

Amazing views! House sits on the edge of the cliff with no obstructions. Great window bench seating to enjoy the views, watch the sunset and look for whales - we should have brought our binoculars!

It was wonderful! The only recommendation is to update the blinds as they don’t close all the way, just window coverings in general in the bedroom. It was clean and very peaceful.

I have stayed at Morgan House before and really enjoyed it, so decided to book again. Really like the peacefulness of Irish Beach and the house provides everything one might need to have an enjoyable and memorable vacation. Hot tub worked perfectly and all appliances were in good working order. Would love to return!

We stayed at Morgan House thirty-five years ago when everything was shiny and new. This house is still comfortable and has views to die for. Next time, I will remember to bring bath soap.

This property is all about the view!! There were 5 of us friends and there was enough room and places to sleep for all of us. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises to sunsets and couldn’t have asked for more perfect weather. Trying to find the beach was a challenge. Use the instruction in the binder as the cell service is sketchy for GPS. The beach is called Irish Beach. The hot tub was great the first evening and the sky was so dark we could easily see the Milky Way! The property is a bit dated but who cares with the view!! It was clean and everything we needed for a great pause and refresh for all of us!

Wonderful location on the cliffs with spectacular ocean view. Loved the place. Only issue was the tv didn’t seem to work when we went to watch a movie at night. But who cares with this kind of you definitely coming back

Spectacular location, and despite the remoteness of the property, a full service grocery store only 10 mins away in Manchester. This location in Irish Beach, is convenient to go exploring the towns and sites up and down the CA coast.

The location is great if you like private and remote. You have to drive a little far to get to the nice restaurants. The picture windows were great, really enjoyed the panoramic views. Not all the windows had blinds and the sun was a little intense at times. Because of the proximity to restaurants the owners should consider a better grille. Don’t mean to be so critical and think this place has a lot of potential. I am grateful that we were able to stay there and would return.

We had a great stay at the Morgan House! It does need some fixing up, but it's so cozy and the views are to die for! The owner Sandy is such a lovely person! It's definitely a great place to stay, it is for sale sadly. We will stay again for sure if it's still available in the future.
