"Wouldn’t recommend at all, although it looked clean and well furnished on the photos, it wasn’t clean, towels were all wet, bath Matt was soaking and smelt stale, shower was broken as well as the shower screen, definitely wasn’t changed before we arrived. Door handles were hanging off the doors and cupboards, blinds were broken, window was smashed, garden was covered in rubbish. The location of the house was also awful, not a very nice area at all. "Got great rate through Expedia for an inside room (no window), cost less than a taxi home. Loved the hotel, compact room was well designed, no frills but a great option for a one-nighter. Liked the communal coffee station by the lifts, such a good idea. Nice bar/cafe area, friendly staff. Would definitely stay again."

"Excellent standard of family room, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Quick check in with a friendly staff member. Staff were brilliant when we had to evacuate the hotel late at night due to a suspected gas leak and a note of apology was posted under the door overnight with another apology from reception when we checked out. The hotel is in a great spot with parking right behind, also very close to Manchester Piccadilly station. Would definitely stay here again. "
