Had this booked, received an email from the property owner the day before claiming the property was no longer available due to a leak and that I would receive a refund. I did not receive any refund and have been ignored ever since, I have messaged multiple times and tried calling, I have tried to get help from hotel.com and they have not helped at all either. AVOID at all costs."

"The building and apartment are very clean and quite nice. Very modern and it is in walkable distance to any restaurant, pub, supermarket and shopping. The key pickup was less than convenient and at a random Booze4U store. It would be much easier to pickup from the concierge at the building. The parking garage is a bit of a pain to get into just on the fact that it’s hard to reach the fob area. It is quite loud if you are close to the street. I do appreciate the invite to join festive events...

There is a couple of the small things the owner could do if I’m being fussy to make things a little better. There was only a little loo roll when we arrived & no drying clothes for the dishes & it seemed like the duvet covers were too small for the duvet themselves but this is just us being a little picky. Public transport was very handy to get where we wanted so all in all we had a good...

Host was tremendously helpful throughout my stay. The amenities provided are not inferior to facilitating a more prolonged stay. "Hotel is in a great location for the city. Very clean & the suites have everything you could want. Lovely thick fluffy towels in room & nice products. The only place the hotel falls down is breakfast - the servers are lovely but the operation of getting orders out to guests is incredibly slow & at times chaotic - there were plates of food stacking up at the kitchen bypass with no servers taking the food out. One person was stacking plates…the kitchen area definitely needs addressing as this...
