A little cleaning would go a long way (vacuum the dead bugs from the windowsills, make sure the coffee pot doesn't have old coffee in it, etc). "

"Black Cove Cottage is in a lovely location in Manchester by the Sea. The deck was a sunny spot for coffee in the morning and a cool shady place for dinner in the evening. The kitchen/dining area had everything we needed for our vacation. Our daughter was pleased with the WiFi connection that enabled her to work remotely. The living room was comfortable, as were the bedrooms, and the bathrooms were very clean. My husband and I and our adult daughter truly enjoyed our vacation by the sea."

"We had an amazing time in Manchester by the Sea. The house and the area are magical. The house is close to everything and a short drive from Boston so it was perfect for touring Colleges. The house is immaculate and had everything we could possibly wish for. It is also very peaceful. We can't recommend this house enough. The homeowner is lovely and accommodating and very easy to communicate with. There are beautiful beaches, restaurants and towns nearby. We had an absolutely fantastic time and...
