"great place and great host."

"I was so pleasantly surprised by the property! Great location, good AC units and comfortable. Bottle of wine and chocolate was provided and very clean. Location was fantastic. The only reason why I wouldn’t go back is because the mattress was absolutely dreadful. As well as the pillows were hard as a rock. Also had a bit of challenge finding how to get into the unit. There was also no note on where to park, so I had to ask staff if the restaurant if they knew. Ended up being a block+ away....

"We had a great time at the Shoe House! It was a fun and unique experience!"

"Thanks for the experience."

"Would go there again"

"A spacious apartment with 4 large rooms and a bathroom. Very nicely furnished - especially den and living room. Nice appliances in kitchen. On 2nd floor so requires climbing outdoor metal steps to entryway. Parking only on the street. Overall a great value for the price."

"Wonderful location !! Comfortable bed, great shower - recommend. Just FYI, two flights of stairs"

"Messaged the host multiple times with over 24 Hours for a single response. Dirty floors, smoke detector hanging from the wall, no batteries in the living room remote, and no hot water in the shower. Conflicting information in the property amenities and information. Fine location for adults but definitely not for someone with small children. When I asked the host if the area was safe to walk at night with luggage and two small children there was no response for almost 48 Hours and that was that...

"Wonderful stay for Dads chaperoning teenagers to a Lacrosse tournament. Very clean and host was amazing. Responded quickly and left behind a nice “good luck” treat for the athletes. Highly recommend!! Thank you!"

"Our stay was great. We wish there was a TV in the bed room but other than that we were very pleased."

"We had a great stay! The unit was exactly as described—spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Its waterfront location was fantastic, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars just a short walk away. The off-street parking was a huge bonus, making it easy and convenient to come and go throughout our visit. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone...
