"We got in late on check in day. The front desk person, Donald, was wonderful. The elevator was out of order and we needed a room on the first floor due to my daughter's wheelchair. He found us a room, was polite, helpful and very positive. He didn't hesitate when we needed something."

"Room was clean. Great location for a 2 night stay. Restaurant options in walking distance. But major issues 1) 2 shampoos in shower no conditioner 2) gym was dangerous, broken equipment with nothing posted saying everything was broken. 3) there was a fire alarm the first night at 3am. We headed to the hall to only find out from another guest it was a false alarm. NO ONE came to the floor and checked on the guests or tell us directly it was a false alarm. My 70+ year old mother was headed...
