Very relaxing
Thr place was great, exactly what we were hoping for. We used it as a base for exploring Tuscany, but the rest days spent there were glorious and the host was attentive and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Un'oasi di pace immersa nella campagna toscana
All'arrivo nella location, l'ospite è accolto in un ambiente piacevole e curato; la casa, immersa nella campagna, tra pini marittimi, ulivi, fichi e campi di grano è fornita di tutto l'occorrente necessario a rendere il soggiorno confortevole. Si può pranzare/cenare anche all'esterno e godere della bellezza, del profumo e della pace del tipico paesaggio toscano, con il sottofondo del frinire delle cicale. La casa si trova a circa 10 minuti di auto dalle spiagge della zona, tra le quali la Feniglia ad Ansedonia è stata quella da noi più apprezzata, ma può fare da base anche per escursione e visite dell'entroterra toscano e non: Pitigliano, Saturnia, Capalbio, Tarquinia. La vicina presenza della famiglia host è molto discreta e riservata ma attenta qualora si presentassero esigenze.

Tolles Haus, in einer wundervollen Umgebung
Wir wurden sehr nett Empfangen und auch zuvor, wurde immer fix auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Das Haus war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles sauber und auch bei der Ausstattung kann man nichts bemängeln. Die Aussicht war wundervoll. Es ist nicht weit von schönen Stränden und netten Orten. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen und können es nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber für eine schöne Zeit in Ihrem Haus. Familie Seidler

Entspannung und Genuss pur
Ein wunderschönes inmitten von Feldern und Olivenhainen gelegen, in dem wir eine erholsame Woche verbrachten, wie schon lange nicht. Das Häuschen besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Kamin (im eher kühlen Frühling definitiv brauchbar und für die Atmosphäre am Abend umso mehr) einer kleinen ausreichenden Küche (Herd, Ofen, Waschbecken, ausreichend Geschirr und Zubehör), einem Bad und zwei Zimmern. Von den Fotos stark beeindruckt wurden wir eher noch mehr beeindruckt, als wir hineintraten und die Fensterläden öffneten. Das Haus der Gastgeber liegt zwar direkt daneben, aber da die Fenster alle gen Osten liegen, wie auch die Wiese, auf der man sich sonnen kann, bemerkt man davon nichts. An normalen Tagen haben wir war auch von der Straße wenig zu hören. An den Osterfeiertagen genossen wir die absolute Stille. Wir hatten ursprünglich fünf Nächte gebucht, haben dann aber reduziert, was ohne Probleme ablief. Die Gastgeberin war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation verlief auf Englisch. Die Lage des Grundstückes ist zwar mitten auf dem Land, zur nächsten Ortschaft fährt man jedoch keine 10 Minuten, wo man im Supermarkt alles erhält, was man braucht. Zum Meer kommt man in 15 Minuten und auch andere Ausflugsziele, wie die Cascate del Mulino sind gut erreichbar. Es ist ein Grill vorhanden, für Kohle muss man aber selbst sorgen, was kein Problem ist. In Kombination mit dem Herd und dem Ofen kann man so wunderbar selbst mehrgängige Menüs zubereiten, wenn man gerne kocht. Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage verbracht, die wir in allem Arbeits- und Studienstress dringend nötig hatten und möchten uns gerne Bedanken für die Unterkunft.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung
Wir haben Ruhe gesucht und hier gefunden. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge ans Meer bzw. die Halbinsel Monte Argentario (hier kleine Wanderungen zu sehr schönen Badebuchten empfehlenswert). Das Haus hat den Beschreibungen entsprochen. Nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin.

Haus in schöner Lage
Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in einem schönen gepflegten Garten mit Feldern ringsherum. Es ist ideal zum entspannen und die Nähe zum Meer ist super. Es gibt verschiedene Strände, die in ca. 10-15 km Entfernung liegen. Das Haus war geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit einer schönen Terrasse. Die Kommunikation mit Susanna war nett und die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos. Rundum war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Immersi nella Maremma con semplicità
Ex annesso di una villa adiacente ristrutturato ed arredato con gusto. Trovate tutto l’essenziale e soprattutto vivete nel cuore della Maremma circondati da un piccolo verde delizioso giardino. I proprietari sono discreti e rispettano la privacy la prossimità non crea alcun problema

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage umgeben von landwirtschaftlichen Feldern. Susanne war sehr nett und spricht fließend englisch. Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub.
