"Desk help was great. assigned a room that probably was not completely clean. assigned a new room that was adequate. The room and view were fine. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom needed attention with tiles missing and marginal sealant. dinner in the restaurant was rough and expensive. my wife and I waited a long time for service because of the short staff. we each had a salad and a soda ($50.00)? Not a"

"This place was SO fun! We just had one night here as part of a road trip, and this was the place we wished we could spend more time. My family (2 adults, 2 older kids) stayed in the Woodstock Room and got an absolute kick out of the decor (black lights, water beds, etc). My parents (who were not interested in sleeping on a waterbed) stayed in one of the normal rooms but really liked the John Wayne decor. The whole property looked like a fun place to come back to with family for a small reunion. Breakfast was very good as well. It was very convenient to dining in town, to Walmart to pick up a few things we'd run out of on the road trip, and to Mesa Verde NP. We hope to return someday!"

"Overall, the hotel was a decent place to stay but they like to change policies from one visit to the next and after you already book but not tell you even when the receipt doesn’t show anything about these policies which should be required to have. I wouldn’t have booked this hotel if the pet fee was $25 a dog when I’m traveling with 3 dogs and could have found a place way cheaper but when I booked there was not pet fee and it wasn’t on the policy’s on my receipt but was told the 2nd time I stayed here there was a fee. The front desk told me I could only email their manager which wasn’t helpful in the moment. "

"Horrible. Room looked nothing like the pictures. Even paid more for a nicer room. No parking up top. Bathroom was just scary. Daugther and us refused to shower in whatever that was. Weird hole in the ceiling which who knows who could have crawled through. Tv wasn’t even connected to the wall. Was held on with duct tape which fell off the wall. Expedia was no help with refund. Hotel was no help with refund because we used Expedia. Never got refund for $140. Went down the road not even half a mile and got a very nice clean room for $82 at Super 8."
