Very bad location and sevrice

I think this is the worst stay in Mandalay. The hotel Location os far away center and take only 10mins taxi (8000kyats),compare to central go to U pein bridge only 18000 (1hour) why staff tell us this is suitable price. We waited around 30mins check in.we booked one king size bed then they give us twins bed ,we spend more time change room..only breadfast ok .We pay by visa card already by hotels .com but we need to pay after check in.we don”t understand .we rejected and told hotel staff pay already . We totally not recommend this hotel hazel. Dont just look pic beautiiful.the hotel soft facilities totally not equal to 4 Star . This is our bad experience .

Quiet and cosy

I have been staying here while relocating to Mandalay and I have had a lovely time. At times it is so quiet, I felt I was at the Overlook Hotel although it certainly picks up midweek. I had a room with a view which was very advantageous watching the storms across the mountain and the staff go out of there way to be courteous and helpful. I enjoyed it so much, I extended my stay.

Etwas entlegenes Hotel

Das Hotel ist etwas vom Zentrum entlegen. Zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes (12/2017) fanden umfangreiche BauRbeiten statt die auch noch länger andauern dürften, dem etsprechend Lörm zw. 09:00 und 17:00 Uhr. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, Frühstück ist ok aber sticht nicht hervor, Im Hotel können kostenlos Fahrräder ausgeborgt werden.
