"I had a reservation for three days and needed to change it because of work. I stayed one day and wanted to cancel the other two. I was charged the full rate for all three days even though I only stayed one day on the property and requested through Expedia, who contacted the property a refund for my two unused days. I was initially told I would be penalized one full day ($80) for the change.
I ended up being charged for the full three days.

"Perfect location for the concert. Front desk would not check in anyone until 3 o'clock so at that time we were in a line of 4 people. We are used to checking in & staff letting us know when the room is ready. Their system was not accommodating to us guests. No coffee maker in our room, tho it appeared other rooms had them"
