"The most disappointing factor was the checkout time mentioned on expedia was at 2pm and hotel has forced us to check out at 10am, this was a bizzare and all my plans got toppled because of this hotel staff who forced us to check out at 10am and were not ready to even give an late checkout till 11am. Expedia needs to look in to what they offer on their website, we trust you guys and blindly book an unknown property"
