"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, the rooms were extremely noisy. You could hear upstairs and side rooms. Not sure what was going on above us, but we heard movement all the time as if it was a work area or something. Or it may have been next door. Unknown. Also, our mini fridge area had a terrible odor - as if something had died in there. I brought it up to gentleman at the front desk, but not much seemed to have been done. I'm unsure if they checked it or not. He didn't understand English...

"This place is not in Cannes proper, it's a short drive to downtown, but that's it's advantage. Walk to a beach and a superyacht studded marina. Eat out, golf supermarket, low traffic, good walking experiences all right outside the door of this elegantly designed resi and hotel apt. complex. We stayed in a one bedder with balconies both sides, a manly man man size TV, cooking facs and views, stunning interesting views over the neighbourhood, mountains and the ocean islands. "1. The location of the unit is not good because it’s close to the swimming pool and people would make a lot of noise. 2. The location of the building is also not very good because it's next to the golf course and we would here the workers mowing the lawn EVERYDAY!!! There's also a railway line a bit further away which we could here the trains passing by, especially at night. 3. The WORST part about this apartment was the smell which was very unpleasant. "We had an amazing week in Mandelieu and would thoroughly recommend this villa. Our three children loved the pool along with the table tennis and other games that were available for them. My wife and I loved the kitchen that ran out onto the balcony, making dining really easy, and the views of the sea and mountains added to an amazing experience. Everything was as it was described and we did not have to worry about anything- we shall be returning!"

"We had a wonderful stay in this apartment which is superbly located within a secure gated complex that includes private parking and a swimming pool. It is within easy walking distance of all the town's amenities, beaches and restaurants. The view is stunning, and we never tired of sitting on the large balcony watching life go by. The apartment is well equipped and proportioned and sincerely hope to return to enjoy this gorgeous location!"
