## Space

Ideally nestled in the Mandelieu Riviera Resort holiday residence, just a 10-minute walk from the seafront, not far from the majestic Château de Mandelieu-la-Napoule, the train station, and a variety of restaurants, this apartment offers an unforgettable vacation experience. With its underground parking space, swimming pool, pétanque court, tennis court, and children's playground, everything is in place for a most enjoyable stay. The apartment features a comfortable living room with a high-quality 160cm wide sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a sleeping area with a 140cm double bed. The apartment opens onto the magnificent terrace, the ideal spot for memorable summer evenings with friends or family. The toilet is separate.
The bathroom has a bathtub.
Amenities include Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Upon arrival, you will find linens (sheets, bath towels, bath mats), toilet paper, miniature bottles of shower gel, and a kitchen cleaning kit (dishwashing liquid, multi-surface cleaner, laundry detergent, dishwasher and washing machine tablets).

Just minutes from the sandy beaches of Mandelieu and La Napoule and the Croisette in Cannes, you will be welcomed into a 6-hectare landscaped estate surrounding a superb private lake bordered by a promenade, near the famous Old Course Cannes Mandelieu Golf Course.

You will stay in elegant Provençal-style buildings with large, sunny terraces. The residence features a 575m² heated outdoor swimming pool (depth up to 1.60m), open from 05/04/25 to 01/11/25 and heated from 10/05/25 to 20/09/25, with a children's pool and water jets, a sun terrace equipped with lounge chairs and parasols, a tennis court, a multi-sports field, several pétanque courts, and a children's playground.
In August, the residence offers a refreshment area with soft drinks and ice creams. A restaurant and snack bar are open from 06/07 to 31/08.
Wellness area located within the residence (sauna, hammam, treatments).

The beach is approximately 900m away, and the shops and resort center are approximately 1.5km away. To avoid traffic jams and the stress of parking, go to the To access the beach, take advantage of the free MimoPlage shuttle (from late June to mid-September), just a 2-minute walk from the residence.

From July 5, 2025 to August 30, 2025, there is a kids' club for ages 6-11 (5 half-days per week), and sports and evening activities for teens and adults.

The residence is located near the Cannes-Mandelieu tourist and business airport, which may generate noise during peak periods or festivals.

All areas of this apartment are reserved for guests, and we ask that you take care of the premises during your stay. We prepare each apartment with the greatest care so that you can fully enjoy your vacation. We therefore ask that you strictly adhere to the following rules:

The tree-lined streets offer a charming atmosphere, ideal for strolling and enjoying the mild Mediterranean climate. Furthermore, the proximity of the Château de Mandelieu-la-Napoule adds a touch of history and culture to this picturesque neighborhood. With its welcoming restaurants, local shops, and nearby amenities, the neighborhood is a great place to live, harmoniously combining the tranquility of the countryside with the pleasures of coastal living.

The neighborhood also benefits from excellent transport accessibility. Residents can easily get around thanks to a well-developed public transport network, including bus routes serving the main points of interest in and around the city. Additionally, the proximity of the train station offers residents the opportunity to easily travel to other destinations, whether for getaways along the French Riviera or excursions to neighboring towns. For those who prefer to drive, major highways are easily accessible from the neighborhood, facilitating travel to other parts of France or even abroad. Thus, whether by bus, train, or car, residents of the neighborhood enjoy convenient access to a multitude of transportation options, allowing them to travel easily and efficiently within the region and beyond.
