A fully equipped, closed kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster)
A private shower room, sink, storage space, hairdryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and a separate toilet. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children, ideally, or 3 adults:
2 sofa beds (140cm and 120cm) are located in the main room with breathtaking sea views.
TV, storage, ironing board, and iron.
Ideally located in the golf residence on the seafront, just a 5-minute walk from the train station, not far from the majestic Château de Mandelieu-la-Napoule, and a wide variety of restaurants, this apartment offers an unforgettable vacation experience.
Upon arrival, you will find linens (sheets, bath towels, bath mats), toilet paper, shower gel bottles, and a kitchen cleaning kit (dishwashing liquid, multi-surface cleaner, laundry detergent, dishwasher and washing machine tablets).
The residence has a shared parking lot, so if you have a car, you will be able to park there. Please note that this is a common occurrence, so we cannot guarantee that a free space will be waiting for you at every exit.
##Access
All areas of this apartment are reserved for guests, and we ask that you take care of the premises during your stay. We prepare each accommodation with the greatest care so that you can fully enjoy your vacation. We therefore ask that you strictly adhere to the following rules:
• Use of the apartment is strictly reserved for the persons mentioned in the reservation. Any unauthorized presence will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or invoicing for additional guests.
• Please use the apartment and its amenities responsibly and respectfully.

Upon request, it is possible to request one or more changes of sheets and towels for an additional fee. The complete kit, including one set of sheets and two sets of towels, costs €40. We can also provide beach towels upon request.
