Single-family house "Bruni", 3 storeys, renovated in 2019. In the resort 200 m from the centre of Manderscheid, 5 km from the lake. For shared use: property 600 m2, well-kept garden with trees. Table tennis (slide, swing). Private: property 200 m2. In the complex: sauna (extra). Storage room for bicycles. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Grocery 700 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 300 m, bus stop 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 800 m, indoor swimming pool 16 km, bathing lake "Meerfelder Maar" 5 km. Nearby attractions: Abtei Himmerod 16 km, Niederburg 1.5 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Maarsee 5 km.
"Bruni", 5-room house 110 m2 on 3 levels. Living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 french bed. Bath/WC. 2nd upper floor: living/sleeping room with sloping ceilings with rooflight with 1 double bed and satellite TV. Gas heating. Terrace 5 m2 partly roofed, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The use of the garden sauna is possible upon agreement with the owner.

Wanderwochenende mit Freunden

Neben all dem Guten zwei Kritikpunkte: Das eine Etagenbett oben war sehr schwer zugänglich, für Erwachsene eigentlich nicht zumutbar, für Kinder wohl machbar (wir waren halt 7 Erwachsene). Das Wohnzimmer war für 7 Erwachsene zu klein. Bei besserem Wetter hätte man sich im schönen Garten aufhalten können, ging bei uns aber nicht wirklich. Sonst alles gut ausgestattet und sauber

Authentieke, rustieke woning aan drukke straat. Vriendelijke eigenaars, de eigen parkeerplaatsen zijn zeer handig en het overdekt terras met tuintje is fijn om in te zitten. Veel groen, een trampoline, tafeltennis, enkele speeltuigen die voor alle gasten vrij toegankelijk zijn.

Sehr saubere und großzügige Unterkunft mit allem was man benötigt.

Kann ich nur weiertempfehlen. Wir hatten das Ferienhaus mit 6 Erwachsenen bezogen.Die Vermieter sind nebenan und sehr nett.Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr schöne überdachte Terasse mit Garten.Alle waren beigeistert.Im Ort kann man gut essen gehen, aber mann sollte reservieren.Vielen Dank! Gruß Holger

Kurzurlaub in der Eifel

Das Ferienhaus ist ein wunderschön renoviertes, altes Bauernhaus. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt und lässt nichts vermissen. Jedes Zimmer, ob Küche, Bad oder Schlafzimmer ist wunderbar und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Garten ist ein Traum! Wir haben schon das Frühstück auf der Terrasse sehr genossen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen, wir können das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen. Auch Familien mit kleineren Kindern werden sich sicher sehr wohlfühlen (Schaukel, Rutsche, Trampolin, Tischkicker... alles da) Familie Schulte

Wir wurden sehr freundlich in einem großzügig ausgestatteten Ferienhaus empfangen. Kürzlich erst renoviert und modernisiert fanden wir ein altes Eifelhaus in neuem Gewand vor. Ort und Umgebung bieten viel Abwechslung für Besucher. Wir empfehlen das Ferienhaus Bruni gerne weiter.

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und vor allem sauber und gepflegt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Draußen im Garten ist viel Platz und auch einige Spielemöglichkeiten für Kinder vorhanden.

Gemütliche Unterkunft

Das Haus und der Garten waren sehr sauber, gemütlich und kinderfreundlich ausgestattet. Toll fand ich die überdachte Terasse und das Mitbenutzen von den Spielgeräten im Garten durch unsere Kinder. Schade fanden wir, dass die Schlafzimmer an der Straßenseite einer gut befahrenen Straße liegen und die Fenster kaum dämmen. Außerdem knarzen die Türen sehr laut und das Haus ist insgesamt sehr hellhörig.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus!

Unser Urlaub im Haus Bruni war eine sehr sehr schöne Woche. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sehr umfassend ausgestattet, der zugehörige Garten und auch der gemeinschaftlich zu nutzende Garten sind ebenfalls in einem tadellosen Zustand. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett. Also: Alles einfach perfekt!

Sehr gerne wieder

Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt. Die Familie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und voll ausgestattetes Haus, sehr sauberes, auf allen Etagen und in allen Ecken. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Schade dass wir so gutes Wetter hatten…. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche wäre das einzige was es zu bemängeln gäbe. Wir sind viel gewandert, ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Die Bushaltestelle liegt in direkter Hausnähe. Wir kommen wieder!
