Gardaliva2: with lake view in small residence near to the lake

We warmly welcome you to our Residence Gardaliva built in 2019!

Located about 450 meters on foot from the beach and the lakefront, the residence has 5 apartments of different types, studied in detail and tastefully furnished, offering guests comfort and style.

The complex is surrounded by a lovely well-kept garden with an infinity pool and each apartment has a reserved parking space.

The Red Duplex 1 apartment, divided over two floors, is an elegant and refined solution, ideal for families, completely newly furnished, and equipped with TV, Wifi and air conditioning.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with sofa bed, dining table with chairs, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine and kettle and toilett without shower..

The living room leads to a spacious covered terrace, furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers.

From here there is access to the common garden and the swimming pool suitable also for younger children (minimum depth 0.50 m).

The sleeping area is located on the first floor and consists of a double bedroom with TV, a bedroom with two single beds, a third open space area with a foldaway double bed and a large bathroom with shower.

The double bedroom leads to the covered terrace furnished with comfortable armchairs and from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the swimming pool.

A shared washing machine is available free of charge for our guests.

Residence Gardaliva is a perfect place for a family holiday or a romantic stay for a couple.

All our guests will receive a welcome gift with typical products of the area.

Manerba del Garda is also a starting point for bicycle excursions and visits to local wineries.


In a few minutes you can reach the Romantica beach, restaurants and pizzerias, a small supermarket and the mini golf course.

To experience strong emotions, we recommend our guests a visit to the Rocca di Manerba, a site of great archaeological importance and a strategic point to dominate the lake from above.

For shopping, you can reach Salò or Desenzano, about 12 km away.

To spend a day full of fun, the famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park, are about 35 km away. Ask for discounted tickets at your check-in.

Brand new appartement, with nice small garden and pool. Great location if you have your own transport. Cleaning (dirty glasses) and kitchen utilities (f.e. Oven but no casserole) Appartement for max six people but only two sunbeds)

Die Lage ist super...die Anlage schön gestaltet und modern. In der Beschreibung war ein zweites Bad mit Dusche angegeben...dies ist aber nicht vorhanden. Bilder vom Grundriss würden helfen es besser einzuschätzen ob die Unterkunft für mehrere Leute geeignet ist. Das Schrankbett ist nicht abgetrennt vom Schlafzimmer

Wir sind zum 2 . Mal hier gewesen. Wieder einmal sehr netter Empfang durch Anna. Schönes Haus mit super Ausstattung, in der oberen Etage mit Seeblick. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Pool auf dem Grundstück. Bis zum See sind es ca. 8 min zu Fuß. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder. Im "Hauptschlafzimmer" gibt es im Bett leider nur eine durchgängige Matratze (wenn sich einer bewegt, bewegt sich der andere sich automatisch mit), die wir auch leider für uns zu hart empfunden haben.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Toller Pool. Wohnung ist gut geschnitten. Zwei Terassen ermöglichen jederzeit einen Blick auf den schönen Gardasee. Die untere ist ideal zum Frühstücken und ab Mittag angenehm schattig, die obere garantiert den Blick auf den Gardasee. Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen, kurz, super Wohnung. Mehr Geschirr und Besteck würde helfen nachhaltiger zu sein. So muss nach jeder Geschirrbenutzung die Spülmaschine laufen. Mehr Haken für Handtücher und Taschen im Bad anbringen. Aber dies sind nur Kleinigkeiten, die Wohnung ist wirklich toll.

Ferien am Gardasee

In der Beschreibung steht, dass Handtücher vorhanden sind. Ein großes und ein kleines ist fürs Bad schon wenig. Handtücher für den Pool sind gar nicht vorhanden. Also mussten wir los, um Badetücher zu kaufen. Die Parkplatzsituation ist sehr schlimm. Wir mussten am öffentlichen Parkplatz unterhalb des Grundstücks parken, da wir ein relativ großes Fahrzeug dabei hatten.

Une résidence de standing, idéalement située pour visiter le lac de Garde

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce duplex de standing, très confortable, quasiment neuf et très propre. Tout est conforme au descriptif, à noter qu'une végétation et des pare-vues ont été ajoutés et permettent plus d'intimité que ce que l'on voit sur les photos. Il est idéalement situé pour visiter les principaux centres d'intérêt du lac de Garde, à 10' à pied d'une plage agréable avec restaurants, à 10' en voiture de centres commerciaux. La vue du 1er étage sur le lac est superbe. L'agence s'est montrée très accueillante avec un kit de bienvenue, fort pratique, et un vin blanc local ;-) A noter que deux chambres sont communicantes (n'était pas précisé dans l'annonce). La piscine est magnifique, fort agréable mais elle aurait gagné à être plus grande étant partagée avec l'ensemble des appartements. Pour notre part, tout s'est fait en bonne intelligence avec les autres vacanciers, chacun alternant ses temps de piscine. Après, nous ne l'avons que peu utilisé, le lac étant formidable pour la baignade et facilement accessible. En bref, nous sommes très satisfaits de ce séjour.

Toller Urlaub!

Die Unterkunft ist modern und sehr sauber. Der Balkon im 1. Stock, der Sitzplatz, Garten und Pool sind wunderschön! Die Parkplätze etwas schwierig zum Ein- und Ausparken. Wenn im Bad im EG noch zusätzlich eine Dusche wäre, wäre das perfekt!

Schöne Unterkunft und Top Service

Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig. Die Vermittlung und Betreuung durch Garda FeWo war sehr gut. Keine versteckten Kosten für z. B. Klimaanlage oder Waschmaschine. Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu verbessern. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und wollten nicht mehr weg :-)
