A beautiful apartment surrounded by greenery with a view of the vineyard, located in a Residence with swimming pool. Three-room apartment with large furnished terrace. Double room and a bedroom with a sofa bed. Large living room with open kitchen, equipped and fully equipped. Perfect location to quickly reach the lakefront, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Ample parking.

Italian Homing is a property management company specialized in the professional management of holiday homes and tourist rentals.
To ensure compliance, security and a contactless experience, our procedures are automated and required before arrival to manage self-check-in with maximum security.
All buildings are cleaned and sanitized by certified, high-quality cleaning companies.
Italian Homing will provide a welcome kit for all properties and all the necessary information about the property.
Customer support will be available exclusively through instant messaging apps or e-mail at the times indicated: from 9:00 to 19:00 and until 22:00 on the day of check-in.
