"I didn't like the accommodations because I didn't get the room that I had paid for through Expedia. I did not have a kitchenette to cook my meals, therefore I had to eat out constantly during my trip or go out and buy microwavable snacks. The television didn't work in the room. The bed was set on flimsy plyboards so the sleep was restless and the customer service wasn't the greatest upon arrival. Slack of housekeeping throughout the stay. I think my bed was changed once in the 10 days and the...

"The hotel is located in a beautiful building. Although the hotel is not modern, I found the incredible decoration of the place to be a highlight of my stay. The room was very large and had a fridge, and it was perfect for a quick visit to Kuwait City. The view from the roof is incredible, and I absolutely loved the Persian decor of the lobby and hallways. Would stay again! "
