Eu gosto muito da costa verde e vou todo ano no meu aniversário para a oyo itacuruçá são bem atenciosos e tudo bem limpo esse ano fui com amigos e só o café da manhã ficou a desejar espero que melhore ano que vem eu volto.

Hotel simples, porém bem aconchegante.

Quarto espaçoso, banheiro bem limpo, roupas de cama limpas, porém, a cama de casal é bi-partida, e para nós não é muito bom. A Internet do Hotel estava péssima, não permitindo uma conexão estável. Houveram várias quedas de energia, não sendo culpa do hotel, porém, as escadas não tinham luz de emergência. Café da manhã, simples, mas muito delicioso. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos, educados, ótimas pessoas. Não tem estacionamento. Voltaremos para cá, com toda certeza.

Recebemos um upgrade e ficamos satisfeitos.

Reservamos uma suíte simples com frigobar, porém o chegar no quarto (401), não haviam toalhas, o telefone estava mudo e o ar condicionado vazando muita água a ponto de ficar perigoso escorregar, a princípio isso nos deu uma péssima primeira impressão. Minha esposa desceu e comunicou a recepcionista que após vistoriar o local e vendoo estado calamitoso do local, em nome do hotel pediu desculpas pelo transtorno e nos deu um upgrade para um apartamento maior onde tudo funcionava perfeitamente, além de uma cozinha completa, sala e área de serviço. Ficamos satisfeitos com a proatividade da funcionária e com a política do hotel de ir além na resolução dos problemas encontrados.

Já fiquei hospedado outras vezes, todavia percebo que não houve uma atualização nos ultimos anos do hotel, a exemplo: Check-in ex hospedes já possuir cadastrado no sistema, café da manhã que era surtido de opções, este agora foi muito simples, e põe simples nisso (pra um FDS/Feriado), a piscina precisa sempre passar a peneira pela manhã, falta espriguiçadeira, já necessita de uma reforma/pintura, das partes externas e internas como melhoria das portas/macanetes. A localização é ótima, espaçoso, tem elevadores, mas creio que tais melhorias, cativariam as pessoas a hospedarem com frequencia e fazer a propaganda com outros conhecidos, indicando o hotel.

Hotel bom, mas precisa de melhor administração.

Primeiro chegamos e não tinha ninguém na recepção, depois descobri que o quarto que escolhi no aplicativo não era no prédio do hotel e sim umas suítes num cubículo que me decepcionou. Saímos a tarde e chegamos quase a noite e entramos e não tinha ninguém nem na recepção e até ao quarto não encontramos ninguém. Qualquer um podia entrar que ninguém ia ver. Enfim não gostei da minha estadia no Oyo Itacuruçá. O hotel é grande mas precisa de mais capricho com os hóspedes.

Adorável

Adorei minha estadia, fiquei 2 dias e foi super confortável. Meu quarto muito aconchegante com cozinha separada, bem equipada. Uma sala aconchegante e tudo muito limpo. Os funcionários atenciosos, café simples mas gostoso. Apenas a Tv, não tinha muitas opções, mas a internet pegou razoávelmete bem. Voltarei e ficarei mais tempo pois os funcionários são muito atenciosos e o local muito limpo e aconchegante.

Nos hospedaram em um quarto muito pequeno, sem ventilação e a televisão não funcionava . Pedimos para trocar de quartol ou colocar uma Televisão mas informaram que o hotel estava cheio e que todas as televisões não estavam funcionando. Eles utilizam internet para a televisão que cai toda hora. Um horror!!!

O cafe da manhã poucas opções, sem suco da fruta. Suco em pó, uma sauna o local. Como o hotel não serve almoço o horário do café poderia ser diferente. 6 as 9h. Sugestão 6:30 às 10:30h. A internet é muito fraca e a tv fica de enfeite.

Hotel com IPTV (box) porém, internet horrível. Sem condições. Ao solicitar ajuda na recepção, a informação foi de que a internet é ruim mesmo. Suco quente no café da manhã, solicitei gelo e não havia. Hotel não dispõe de estacionamento. Sala de ginástica com aparelhos quebrados.
