"The property was very clean and had all the things we needed for a two night stay visiting family in Manukau. Communication with the host was quick and friendly. The house was warm, beds clean and kitchen/bathroom had everything we needed for a short stay. Would definitely use the property again!"

"My family enjoyed our stay here. There were more rooms than our numbers and lots of bathrooms. It was also so clean. Communication was prompt and Michael (host) was kind enough to be flexible with our checkin/checkout time. We had everything we needed. Rice cooker, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, laundry washer and dryer and many more. I highly recommend this space. We will for sure book again if we ever have the chance to visit New Zealand again. "

"Beautiful location, house had everything we needed. The fire place is such a bonus and though the house was warm and cosy with out it.The drive way is a little scary but with confidence and caution can be managed. Other than that our stay was perfect.The view is amazing in any weather, rain or sun shine.Thanks for having us and help make our holiday great."

"We visited the property to enjoy with family and friends. The only reason we’ve booked the property was pool and when we entered the property there was rubbish everywhere in the property. The pool was so dirty and not even working, The carpet was burnt and there was rubbish on the sofas. There was moldy chicken in the oven which was stinking."

"Our stay at this property had a mix of positives and disappointments. The house itself was spacious and well laid out, with plenty of room for our immediate family to spread out, but also gather around the table for shared meals. The beds were comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep.However, the outdoor areas let us down. The pool—which was a key reason we booked this place—was not in a usable condition. It had discolored water and floating empty alcohol cans. The spa pool was damaged...

"Very strong smell of mould when u enter the house. Very tired. Some windows not shutting properly. Some random car parking in our parking space. Great location. Wonderful to have the family all together for a funeral "

"Its such a lovely house nice and big for the amount of people that stayed and plenty of room for the kids to play. Love the fact that its close to rainbows end and the mall.The property owners were so easy and lovely to contact."

"Have stayed here several times - comfortable beds and great kitchen set up. I’d suggest fans be made available in bedrooms - at this time of year rooms were uncomfortably hot. Air con in lounge is a huge plus. Thank you for a lovely getaway"
