Your emails via Expedia will go ignored, as will the messages and emails sent directly to dinbnb (despite stating they are a 24hr service!) - the customer service is non existent. The lights in the hallway within the building leading to the apartment did not work, which was extremely unsafe due to how dark it was- this was not fixed during the stay. "Convenient to cruise terminal . Not as pictured. Bed was sofa bed. Quite well equiped and lots of eating places and grocers around. From cruise terminal was uphill if someone has lots of luggage."

"While bed didn’t have enough cushion and the sounds from upper floor sometimes noisy, it’s reasonable because the price is cheaper than others, location is close to Brigen, and I could use kitchen, microwave and fridge to avoid too much expensive restaurants. One point we should be careful is actual room we stay might be different from picture and address you see in expedia. The address will be communicated by owner. "
