"We spent 5 days. Had a small dog. 4 Adults. Very nice. Great location to Raymond James ( 1 mile) and Amalie Arena (4 miles or 10 minute drive). Quiet neighborhood. The house is very nice. Small living room but it fit us fine. I would recommend especially if you were going to a game. A lot of restaurants are within a mile or 2. A park is 2 blocks away. "Absolutely loved this house. We only booked one night and are looking forward to coming back in the future for longer stays. The host was accommodating and amazing. And the house was clean, had plenty of games for kids and adults along with a karaoke microphone we wish we had time to use. It was super close to the amphitheater which was amazingly convenient."

"Great house in a great location. The house was extremely clean with lots of amenities like a pool table. Nice couches TVs a nice outside area. I would definitely recommend this property."

"Overall this was a great stay. Khairi was extremely responsive to any queries. The space was huge. Plenty of room in the common areas. The kids enjoyed the pool table. All the rooms had TVs and the two common areas had a TV each. I had asked Khairi for a mop the second day cause I poured heavily (as we found out this was a daily thing for about an hour). We did not want to leave a mess. He came and brought it that day. He said not to worry about it because the cleaning folks would take care of...

"I love the location. Close to airport, on Tampa Bay. Beautiful property with the water view. The food options are good and if you want fancier, there is a restaurant within walking distance. Bath and Body bathroom items. Some of the units needs improvements. This last one the bathroom was stained, the tub coating was all peeling off. Carpet stained and the couch was worn and uncomfortable."

".we were super impressed with Barsala and the pointe. Nika and the Barsala team made sure everything was detailed for check in. The machine which held the keys wasn’t working correctly, but Barsala helped us and immediately assistance getting into the unit. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Very close to some awesome sights and not far from downtown. We are definitely coming back."

"Cute hotel. Love the layout and spaciousness. The huge bathroom and shower were my fave. The balcony is small but my boyfriend took the desk chair out there. The king size bed was large and comfy. They also allowed us to have a late checkout with no fee. The young lady at the front desk gave me Recs for their nightlife. Great customer service. "
