The only slight downside is that the hostel is located on the opposite side of the island, away from the bars and nightclubs. But since you’ll probably rent a bike or scooter, it won’t be a problem. "I was bitten by insects as soon as I entered the place.There was holes in the mosquito net, I voiced my concerns with the staff, who listened but did nothing. At night I was very bitten by mosquitoes. There is very little ventilation as no windows, so the heat builds up, the fan is inadequate to cool you down. The bathroom is outdoors and does not have any privacy. I ended up staying somewhere else, and paying again. The guest book had comments from other customer's voicing the same...
