"First impressions good in reception, room was a ok,carpet tatty for a superior room but clean enough,comfy bed,very quiet. Cups and glasses too small to be useful in room and no teaspoons,just wooden sticks! Servicing of room hit and miss, you needed to order replacement toilet roll,tea and coffee through QR code on app,had to request emptying the bins, Breakfast good and plentiful. Bar nice,staff very friendly, choice of food a bit limited in the evening, although pizza was on room service menu,couldn't order that in the bar when requested,which was a shame. Outside hotel not very nice, didn't venture out at night, as felt unsafe. Good location straight into station for trams,metro and trains for getting around the City in the day and eurostar."

"the place is exactly as described in the picture, clean and nice. the staff was very friendly and in no time i was in the room. the location is a few min walk from the Gare du midi station where i arrived by eurostar. next door is a paid car park just in case you drive there. i had a pleasant stay and will go there again"

"It was a nice experience. Staff very helpful, environment nice and clean. Breakfast always lovely..i had a good time.. Maybe having a kettle will be okay in the rooms and a mug just incase you need to make your drink and I'll say Maybe Netflix as I couldn't watch TV due to the stations were.mostly in Spanish and French and I understand only English. But overall, it was worth it.."

"The Staff was a mixed bag ranging from ok to incredible. A lady at the desk who wears glasses and name started with an H along with the two ladies who were the cleaning crew were superb! They seem to switch out their entire staff every couple days. This is not necessarily bad, in fact service was still good! It’s just no one ever matched H’s service and enthusiasm on day 1 and 2! We did note on weds or thurs there may have been a change in chef. The scrambled eggs were the consistency of egg drop soup that day. The rooms were fun and eclectic, and everything seemed very clean! Bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay again !"
