Overall great hotel for a fun getaway
"The hotel was incredible amenities and staff are very nice, rooms are spacious, breakfast has great variety. Temperature control in room is lacking, only heating available, would be too warm in summer and no screens on windows to leave them open in the evening."

Nice place, but grumpy staff with poor service
"Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is ..."

"Schöne Wohnung, gut eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht und sehr schönem und großem Balkon. Das Bett war schon bezogen, was mich sehr gefreut hat nach der langen Fahrt. Ich wusste nicht, ob ich es wirklich zur normalen Eincheckzeit schaffe, aber auch da war alles entspannt. Anja hat meinen Hund ..."
