Jan 6, 2020Manhasset is lovely. We don’t care much for the front desk clerk in the mornings. She is quite curt and will hang up on you, which is a shame. The uneven service loses customers.

"This hotel has friendly staff, is close to major touristic spots, and we found it a very comvenient solution for our needs. Could it be better? Of course. Yet, the couple of things that we brougt up to the support staff were resolved within minutes and that is to be appreciated."

Apr 21, 2019I stayed at the Travelodge because I was visiting family. However, the smell of the smoking was disgusting, I will never stay there again. Certainly when I made reservations, someone should have asked about smoking.
