"There needs to be more information about the walk in tub for those of us who are newbies. Also, the water temperature for the shower are in the opposite places. The trash can cabinet could be labeled to make it easier to find. safety bars would also be a great addition for those of us who are advanced in years or handicapped."

"My friends and I stayed here for three nights in April for the Sherwood Forest Renaissance Faire. The location is off the beaten path for sure, so be careful driving at night for critters and sharp turns. That said, privacy and proximity to the Ren Faire was what we were looking for and received. "We loved our time and stay at River RV. It was so peaceful and quite. Our host Curtis was very friendly and helpful. The RV was well stocked, clean and had everything you needed to feel and be comfortable. The scene from the RV to the river was beautiful, mowed and well kept. "The Howdy Ranch was everything we needed… From the moment we stepped foot on this property til the time we left it was perfect. The pictures and descriptions are true. The fridge and pantry were stocked with everything we needed and more. We enjoyed fishing, canoeing and exposing our pup to the cattle and deer that visited us each afternoon. "My husband and I needed a secluded getaway to decompress, and we wanted to take our 2 dogs. The Catus House was perfect for our needs. A fenced back yard, large porch, and the house was very cute and well stocked for our needs. Love the ice machine! The Dog Box was great and our Border Collie had fun opening the lid to rummage for a toy. Location is close to Bastrop State Park, which we daytripped to. Nights are very peaceful. Highly recommend and we hope to return!"

"My family stayed here for a family reunion. The house is even better than the pictures on VRBO. We've stayed in lots of VRBO's and this is right at the top. I literally have nothing negative to say, all positive. The house was clean, kitchen well stocked, everything worked (including the pool and hot tub), etc. Also, communications with the property manager was awesome. Response was usually within 8 hours of my question. If you're ever looking for a unique and awesome place to stay, this is it!"

"Our group consisted of my sister, niece, daughter and myself and we visited Smithville with the mission of shopping at Consuela and enjoying some good food and quality time together playing games. The Ramona house was the perfect setting to relax and enjoy our time together and it is across the street from Consuela and walking distance to downtown. The hosts were amazing and communicated with us very quickly and met all of our needs and then some. We will definitely be back!"

"Very quiet place, there were no keys but we just took the important stuff with us. It was way back on the property. The beds in the back were 1inch pads so my daughter put them together so if it’s children no worries. If it’s adults they will ok be comfortable. Otherwise very quiet and easy to get to Sherwood Forest Faire. Also quick trip to Bastrop for groceries. "
