"We arrived around 4:30 & our rooms were not ready! It took almost 2 hours to get checked in which is totally unacceptable! It looked like our bed hadn't been changed or at least not made up properly. The sheets were all over to one side and stuffed in under matress in one spot. We made it up ourselves. ..."
