"The single bed mattresses and supplied pillows were very worn and uncomfortable. There was no cushion backing to one side of the table area, making it very uncomfortable to use. Our room was directly above the ski locker which was very loud. The air inside our accommodation was very dry so we had to take measures to increase the humidity at night. "The proximity to the train/bus station and the old town, as well as the lake was super helpful! Everything was within walking distance! We did have some issues with housekeeping the first week. If we didn’t ask for it, the housekeeper wouldn’t clean our room! The second week it was much better. The reception staff were very sweet and helpful and kept apologizing for the inconveniences we suffered. Also, be prepared to carry your suitcases from the 3rd to the 4th floor, the elevator only goes up to the third floor! Overall, we had a great time in Annecy!"

"Room was good size and it was clean. Beds were comfortable and toilet was clean. Air conditioning was ok not cold enough. There was no mini fridge or coffee in the room. The vendor machine sometimes doesn’t work but still charge. They offered free parking and location was great 10 mins drive from central Annecy Lake. I wish we would have stayed longer to explore more."
