The breakfast was decent, though I wish there were more traditional Filipino options. The egg station stood out as the best part of the morning meal. Lovely quaint hotel with attention to details. We wanted a place in Makati that was not crowded and 1898 surpassed our expectations. Our family stayed for 3 nights. All of the staff were courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
