Paid parking is available near the open area after entering guardhouse. They operate on a first come, first serve basis. Just ask the parking attendant if there is a parking slot available for you. The rates are posted near the oval after entering the gate - P50 for the first 3 hours and P15 for each consecutive hour.

Convenience store, inhouse restaurant at Hibiscus 6th floor, massage spa, laundromat, small bakery, basketball court, badminton court, roof deck observatory and playgrounds are available within the premises of the condominium complex. Gym and pool have separate membership fees.
