Very near the mall and easy access to transportation. The staff are very helpful and polite. WiFi is good. What I didn’t like is limited soap/shampoo and the breakfast has limited choice. Overall it was a pleasant stay I’ll be back next year.

Eurotel has much improved. Breakfast selection could be better but free breakfast is appreciated. The staff are excellent and super friendly. I would stay there again.

My room was not luxurious but it was clean. My disappointment started when I first went to the restroom and tried to wash my hands - there was no bar of soap or hand wash liquid to clean my hands with. It’s a good thing there was a cleaning lady in the hallway who gave me 2 small bars of soap; she also profusely apologized for the unfortunate situation. As I was about to turn the faucet on, I found out there was no handle to guide the water flow. And when I tried to turn the tv on for some news, the remote wasn’t working - I had to run my fingers underneath the screen for the controls. The redeeming factor was the friendly and courteous staff - from the front desk, dining room/restaurant and main entrance. Without them, my review would have been worse.

We have been staying here for a lot of years on or Visits to PI, this perticular trip we needed to extend 1 week, when we went online the room we normaly get was unavailable, but all they had was next size smaller, so we booked it, when we checked in we were told that we would get upgraded next day, are regular room would be available then, when next day came we were not upgraded as told, Superviser Buddy laughed and said it was done online and he could not do anything, he was not sympathatic or compassionite about his feelings. he went on about Rack rates and promos, we then went back to our rooms feeling bad, my wife and I have both been in the Hotel business for a number of years, we went back downstairs and asked what the differance in price was and were told 2625 pesos( 50.00 USD) we paid it and were moved to larger room. On many occasions i was not happy with Breakfast , Alot of dirty dishes, No were to sit, out of items i perferred and no one to make eggs to order

Im not comfortable to used there beds/matress.

Will the service was very good specially the people in reception. My concern is there bed was not comfortable and also the bed sheet and blanket are all old and grayish.. Towels are not good and its very old as well
