Close to Flaming Gorge Reservoir and a good place to get away from the city. Perfect place for 3-4 people and would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay! Kids really enjoyed the Ms Pac-Man arcade game (I did as well). Very central to all Flaming Gorge has to offer. The place was not the cleanest when we got there, but definitely not filthy. Just some obvious places that were missed by the cleaners.Overall, it was a good fit for our needs and the price was definitely right.

Beautiful home in a small quiet neighborhood. The home was exceptionally clean. Casey was an awesome host. And the views are incredible. I would most definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay.

Three friends on a very cold fishing trip. After spending 3 cold days out on the lake it was so nice to come back to this house, have dinner and relax with a little TV. House is very clean and was furnished with everything we needed. Casey was awesome and answered all of our questions. Definitely a great place to stay.

Manilla get away.

The House was just perfect for our needs.The bedding was really nice, soft and cozy. good access for us to ride our 4 Wheelers. enjoyed it very much will probably return. Was good to have bbq in back yard.

Awesome fishing trip!

My parents, my uncle and my 2 youngest daughters decided to go to Flaming Gorge for my dad's birthday.We were going to rent some little cabins but I had tooked for air bnb's before and so I searched and found this property and wow were we glad I did! It was everything we needed and more, and the girls loved the fire pit out back and the Ms. Pacman arcade in their room. Being able to stream shows on all the platforms in the evening was amazing as well. Shoers were nice and hot and having central air was perfect after being out in the hot weather at the lake!If you are looking to get away I highly suggest skipping out on renting cabins/motel rooms and get this entire place for cheaper!

Flaming Gorge fishing trip

The owner was very pleasant and accommodating. The property was plenty good enough for us. Everything worked. Might consider buying a few new pots and pans, the non-stick material is well past it's prime and considering the reported health concerns, it is time to replace most of them. VRBO was a mess to login and communicate before the trip. Many many attempts to log in and communicate with the owner were wasted by a useless site. Having used VRBO before on other trips, their service is in decline from our experience this time. Probably will not use VRBO again. Best wishes to the owner and we will encourage our friends and family to stay with them.

Our host Casey was great to work with and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the getaway we were all looking for. The property was clean and the description spot on. No bad surprises. Will definitely consider this property in the future.

This is a good spot as base camp to adventure in the Gorge NRA. It’s a peaceful location with beautiful view from back yard over pasture and mountains.The back yard is over grown but gratefully all fenced for our dog. Good amount of space inside. Linens on beds seem to be pet affected because we experienced high allergies. Opening windows for air flow was unpleasant due to very dirty frames and sills. All the doors squeak which could easily be remedied. The kitchen cookware needs cleaning and more serving utensils and mixing/serving bowls and sharp knives would be great. The one grocery store is very limited, but nice customer service and within walking distance
