Hotel location is good and accessable. Hotel Staffs are polite. We stayed there for 4D3N (Fri to Mon). Disappointment is housekeeping and breakfast. They don't do housekeeping on Sunday which i can understand but when they forgot to do our room on Saturday, we have to call them after we arrive back to hotel around 4pm to replenish some of the stuffs like shower gel, towel and water bottle. But nobody show up until 30 mins. So, we go down to reception to collect ourselves but they said they will send to room and make us wait again for another 15 mins more. I could not understand what takes them so long just to provide those stuffs. On the next day, we run out of shower gel again, so we call and wait for delivery which takes more than 30 minutes. We were so disappointed with this housekeeping service and waiting time which literally waste our time on the vacation. Next is breakfast which is served at the cafe inside the hotel with breakfast menu, not buffet style. It would be great to have all menu items available. However, even basic item like toast or chicken was out of stock which is a quite surprise and disappointment.

We've stayed 3 times before. We haven't been for 3 years it's gone down a lot since then. Not the same place staff uninterested and not as friendly now. The restaurant has moved to the ground floor it used to be on the 31st which was better. Now the restaurant is the worst. Every day we found at breakfast something wasn't available. Not good we won't be returning next time we go back to Makati city.

Long Weekend Getaway

First night was noisy with rude neighbors. Addressed it to the front desk the next morning and the hotel (particularly the Operations Manager) went out of their way to correct the matter, relocating us right away. We were impressed with their understanding and prompt response to make the matter right. Good location. Five minute walk to a great Saturday Market. Many food options within easy walking distance. Hourly shuttle to local malls during the day. Took taxis and Grab rides several times and there were no issues by showing the hotel business card with handy mini map on the back. Breakfast in the attached restaurant was sufficient (fixed menu options). Would stay again. Good value for the money, especially with the one or two bedroom unit, compared to hotel options for families. Full size fridge, microwave, and hot pot for coffee. Staff were super friendly and always offered a smile and friendly greeting. Very good stay overall.

Beautiful apartment with big space and amazing view. The stuff very friendly and helpful. The location perfect for our needs. The bathrooms need some renovation, but all in all you were very satisfied with our stay there.

1週間滞在し、現地に親戚がいるので毎日のように入れ替わりで沢山の人数が来たが部屋が広くて快適でした。 このHotelは入ってきた車に対しかなりのチェックをして通してるのでかなりセキュリティーが高いです！ またフィリピンに来た時は宿泊します！ ありがとうございました！

I would have loved to stay here a few extra days

I highly recommend this place! Impeccable service, large spacious apartments and decent cleanliness make it a great value. This Fraser is a little older, but everything else makes up for it.

It is located well. Walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants along Valero St. You can also walk from here to Landmark and Manila Peninsula via the Ayala Triangle. This property is not new and some of the fixings are dated but is very well maintained. Breakfast is included but sub-standard. The restaurant should improve their menu, food taste and presentation. The maximum number of people allowed in the room is four but breakfast is only good for three and so does the wifi access. Overall we had a good and relaxing stay in this property.

we booked for 4 adult & funny thing is the room only include 3 breakfast. The apartment is very spacious & location are good, however the furniture are old. The wardrobe smell & the bathroom stink because the vent fan are very week.

Staff was very helpful. The hotel room was more than just a room...it was a wonderful experience. They have jacuzzi tubs that was disconnected. What they dont realize is that could be only of their biggest selling points. Most hotels in Asia only offer showers and little offer small bath tubs. This place offersa big jacuzzi tub that does not work. Bad decision. Great hotel though.

非常に快適でした

マニラには３回目の滞在でした。過去２回もMakatiに滞在しましたが、今回初めて、ここを利用しました。スタッフは非常にフレンドリーです。滞在中WIFIのトラブルがありましたが、丁寧に対応してくれました。 設備の老朽化は否めませんが、清潔に保たれています。 ジャグジーを楽しみにしていましたが、故障中で使えませんでした。（３日間の滞在中には復旧しませんでした） グリーンベルトまでは、若干距離がありますが、ショッピング用の無料シャトルバス（ワゴン車）が１時間おきに運航されており、Grabに慣れていない人には便利です。

市街地でありながら快適ホテル

マカティ市街地ですが裏通りにありながら徒歩圏内にコンビニやSMモール、グロリエッタもあるから便利、ホテルスタッフもフレンドリーで何かあれば直ぐに対応してくれる、キッチン付きで料理を作ってのんびりした休日を過ごせました。 バスルームも広くバスタブは深めのジャグジー、お湯はゆ〜っくりだせば熱めの入浴ができます 時間はかかります、急いで出すと給湯が間に合わず水になってしまうので要注意です。また泊まりたいホテルです。
