This was a good place to be when I was in Manila. The staff was very helpful. Found me a SIM card and gave me some tips around the city which were eventually helpful. The facility is incredible and it has some cool city view and the rail way view. I recommend this place to any traveler seeking to feel at home.

This was a flop house. Staff was very good but the place was rundown. The lumpy bed was long past its prime. The threadbare towels left a lot to be desired. Large amounts of mildew in the bathroom smelled up the room. Just avoid and go somewhere else

Easy to check in even we arrived after 11pm. Friendly staff. Near to everything like shopping mall & food etc etc. Very quiet. The only thing to improve the drainage from the shower room, heater from the shower & to clean the AC (AC is not that cold). If you are a huge foreigner (like extra large & above) I won’t recommend this place because the toilet area is really small. Overall our stay is really pleasant. Glad this place is clean. No bugs or whatsoever 👍👍👍

Sex stained bed sheet asked to have it changed 5 days, room was never cleaned, trash not taken out, pillow smelled like body odor and they wouldnt change it after several requests. Toilet was dirty never cleaned.

We check in late around midnight from bantayan cebu . We had a shower and the drainage was clogged, it took 10mins before the water will sink in. Toilet sink was clogged too and the white rug were dirty too. No bedsheet , the fitted sheet they used was 2 bedsheet/ blanket to cover the whole bed. There was only a doona. The area was noisy because of the vehicles. Parking area was too narrow. The taxi driver had to pull out a few times to get out. When I call the service regarding the shower drainage she said she will send someone but no one came. I was trying to ask for a partial refund yet the reservation manager said I have to reach out to the third party app which I booked from Expedia. Yet I can’t reach them as the system was down. This hotel only suits for people who are interested for short stays budget . The staff were accomodating to be fair. Overall it doesn’t suit us so we check out the next day after our breakfast but they offered to transfer to another room which we declined as you can clearly see the poor hygiene in this place . The whole room was dusty and horrible.
