I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Doesn't have the fancy lobby or driveway but my standard room was large, staff were really accommodating and helpful, and location wise, its just right next to Greenbelt. Breakfast was a set meal to order, and it was great.

This hotel has a great location, just 3 minutes away from Landmark and Greenbelt area. There's also laundry services just across the street. The hotel itself is well maintained and comfortable, and clean. I highly recommend for those looking for a place conveniently located in Makati Greenbelt area.
