Staff very helpful you feel important ; place is near century mall for fine dining and supermarket at basement , transportation is accessible to public transport including taxi and grab ; security guards nice highly recommended we got king suite with good price continue the good work

Service was great, but the facility is quite old. There were a few problems with the room: tv and stove, lights, etc. that needed repairs. But as I noticed the issues, they sent someone right away to fix them. It's quite common for the photos of a hotel to misrepresent the actual quality and condition of the rooms. No exception here. But, the room was comfortable and reasonable. Service was good.

It is very loud and hard to sleep here. It is not located where it is shown on the Expedia map. It is in the heart of the Red Light District. It is dirty, old and run down.

Hotel inside town and very old hotel

The photo of hotel is not the same.Hotel look very old . Freeze also spoil and bed not very good and a lot of decorations no use but still keep inside room look a bit scary.

Could easy stay here again. A great Room. They even gave me a room a day advanced and changed my booking because i booked it for wrong day. Its not a 4 star hotel but its a good place to stay. Breakfast was also good

シャワーは出ない。タオル、シーツ類は古く汚い。エアコンは窓付の簡易的なもので効果なし。とにかく部屋が汚く三つ星とは思えない。エクスペディアの三つ星基準なら理解できるが。。立地条件が悪い過ぎる。かなり危険な地域と思うが、そんな説明はなく、旅慣れていないと大変なことになるでしょう。チェックインの際デポジットを要求されるのは理解できるが、クレジットカードではなく、現金だった。今時珍しい。現金の持ち合わせがなく困ったがなんとか説得。語学ができないと大変かかも。

Booked a king size bed. What i got was 2 twin bed pushed together with a board down the middle. Bathroom light work part time. My laptop screen was bigger then thr tv.

Short and Simple Biz Trip

Service wise is satisfactory. Smooth process as there were no hick ups. The toilet was rather unpleasant as there were stains on the toilet bowl. I had to clean it myself. Other than that, the bed was comfortable and I was there for that only anyhow since my trip was for business. The area around the hotel is convenient with 7 eleven just beside and Sports Cafe and Bar a few minutes away. Fast food also is very near by. Oh - for those who rely alot on internet, the hotel only offers wifi at the lobby. I only found out on the last day as I was using my roaming.

Pleasing hotel, Good for budget-friendly guests.

We found it hard to find the locations since there are two Lourdes Suites on the Google Map. We are also not provided with slippers hence we go barefoot during our stay.

Overall it was good only disappointing apart from the stay was no free WiFi misleading in hotel review with Expedia lobby was free but if you wanted it in your room you had to pay and was not cheap so just used my data. Hotel staff were excellent and daily room service was awesome and punctual ..complementary bottled water would of been a nice top off if provided. but overall was happy with the stay but must include free WiFi first hotel i have experienced in Manila that didn't provide . If you love the night life alot of action available in pubs and night clubs and dance studios apparently a favorite stomping ground for westerners and the locals call it little LA according to my taxi driver.. but ill Let you be the Judge. Bad choice

Disappointments from check in. Waited 30 minutes for room to be ready; stained sheets: mattress too soft; cramped room; no wifi at room. However, breakfast was good.

Don't scrimp on hotel stays in Manila

First of all, to be fair, the staff was very professional and helpful. Unfortunately, beyond that, the hotel has little to recommend itself. Back in its day it was probably quite nice, but it definately shows its age now. The room was tiny and very run down-photos were not representative. It was also noisy. Manila traffic downtown never really quits, and even from the 6th floor, there was almost constant horn and engine noise. On top of all was the annoyance of having to buy internet service. I only spent a few hours before coming to the conclusion that I would not be comfortable in this hotel, and checked into a different one. Lesson learned from this: Do not cut corners on hotels if you stay in Manila.

Old smelly noisy hotel, needs a major renovation

The hotels location is in a very heavy trafic area, where everybody horns at red lights.... The bed vas big, but not fantastic. Slow drain from the bathtub, bad shower, cockroach in the room..... No free internet and a very expensive phurchaseable Internet that didn't even work. The elevator smells strange, and the whole hotel desperately needs a renovating!

How I liked the Hotel Lourdes

My partner should have interwju in Norway Embassy , so we tried to find a near one. Lourdes is not the cheapest, but good one. The Breakfast was good. Cleaness all over was ok Comfort ok So we had a good experience!

No hot water.They need to re pipe the water system

Hotel is very old. No hot water pressure (drops of hot water only) I had to take cold showers. I had to move to another hotel. If they fix the hot water system this can be nice hotel.
