Stayed 4 nights in October 2024. Staff are very courteous and accommodating. All of them from front office to restaurant and doorman are very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. The property and location itself is good. The only downside is the drain in the shower. Water is accumulating on the shower floor while showering; it drains but not fast enough so that your feet is not soaked in the water. Cony from Canada

Decent

Location is close to LRT station, Savemore grocery store and pharmacy. Decent walking distance to Robinson’s Magnolia-great place for decent shopping and dining experience. The room was not as clean as I’d hoped and the toilet room smelled like sewer. I had to ask my sister for some baking soda to get rid of the sewer smell. Their elevator also smelled like sewer. The hotel is located at the corner of a busy street so all night and at dawn, all I heard was the aggressive honking of jeepney and other drivers. The doors to the adjacent rooms are really close to each other. The alarm to the exit door would go off randomly as well.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Very little English spoken here, but they are helpful. Location is only a five minute walk to the BTS sky train. Great quiet location! I enjoyed the deluxe king suite. I wish the couch were more comfortable, but overall excellent accommodations.

Good for the price I paid

Nice hotel, helpful staff. Close to LRT station. Did not like the smell in the room. Even from the 8th floor the noise from the streets was very loud.

It was a really great stay except the room that we got didnt have TV and I'm the kind of person who cant live without it. Anyway my kids love the bunk beds.

Very close to everything

Our blind fell down so its very bright inside the room during daytime, they dont fix it so i decided to move to the other room which is bigger than my old room. During night time you can hear people talking loud while they're walking and the restaurant everyday same menu especially breakfast.

Pretty straight forward.

Hotel was pretty straight forward. Ull get what you pay for. Nice interiors and close proximity to "OASIS" which is our main purpose of staying. Bed are comfy and toilet was nice!! Good value for money! Though we had some issues on our 2nd morning because of some drilling on the next room and that woke us up! But hey! Maybe ull got ur luck coz we were upgraded on a better room! Will definitely go back if we had a chance..

never sleep they're construction

super noisy. there is no peacefull stay. they are having a under construction at loof deck. from early morning to 10:30pm never stop work and nothing to change even i was complain to reception.

A hotel close to Catholic church and mall.

We did not feel the comfort we expected from the description listed... scanty bathroom supplies. The hotel is so basic, just good for a night or two stay altho, valuables are safe because there's a vault.. The Recepttion staff were courteous, so withe guard and bell boys. But, the whole vicinity has a smell that comes from the sewer because the smell can be felt even in the mall area. The street noises can be heard in the room. ,

Money well spent

I and my family went here for Christmas 2016. Even though you wouldn't expect much from the facade, the actual hotel area is nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and I really can't complain about the service. We didn't get to see the roof or the pool because I think it was closed because of the holiday. Plus point: For a very affordable hotel, they give you more than enough electric sockets in the room than you need, instead of cramming just one extra socket behind the TV like others do. Where to improve: The WiFi only got decent speeds at around 12mn, although you might not need it that much because the area gets pretty good reception for mobile.

The room was smelly hence my low rating for Madison 101. Check in took a while, they did not give us a key card. They probably missed to do a lot of things because there was a film shooting while we were there + there were a lot of guests. No parking too. We had to do pay parking across. The bathroom was so smelly!!
