Staff here are very polite n helpful..very prompt to our request....thank you guys... But as for cleanliness..the fridge n utensils are not very clean..we have to go 711 to buy wiping cloth n detergent to clean thoroughly..kettle was rusty inside but they change a new one for us..thank you

Convenient location, spacious rooms

Conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Unit is big and comfortable. Basic kitchen utensils are also available. The toilet and shower area can still be improved though.

We stayed here for a month on weekdays. Hassle free check-in and out. Friendly and very accommodating staff. 2 BR Standard and 2BR Deluxe have Descent spacious rooms with a kitchen facility at a very reasonable price. Kitchen and dining items are not complete but you can ask for the specific item you need and they will gladly provide it. Nothing fancy but very comfy rooms. It has that homely feel. A/C in good condition, 2 BR and 1 BR standard does not A/C on its kitchen/living area, only a fan. Some minor fixings are needed on their kitchen cupboards. The Deluxe Double Room is too small making it too pricey compared to other 2-3star hotels. Wifi is available however it is too slow and most of the time zero. Good and safe location,accessible to almost everything you’ll need. Public transport is also readily available. If only you have a fitness area, that would be a big plus point. Overall stay - good.

Have stayed here many times (9+ stays) because of familiarity and the maintained room standards. Generally well looked after apartments which from staying in same rooms can say that the place is well maintained. Staff will help with any requests even a water delivery or to run up to the 7/11. Plenty of nearby entertainment, food and shopping establishments. Would recommend to any one looking to spend in the price range. Clean, with easy access to surrounding areas. Only complaint is water pressure in shower but this unfortunately is common in Manila.

Good value and location

Although a bit dated, this place is clean and well maintained. The water pressure leaves a bit to be desired on the 4th floor. The tv channel selection is "basic cable". Comfortable room at a good price.

Good spot in Quezon city

This spot is a little bit older. Everything works but a bit worn. You can cook in the room and there is a set of pans and dishes. Pretty good service. the elevator seems to go out of service a lot, but the staff will carry all your bags and down the stairs when needed. There is a McDonald's and 7 -11 just a few doors down the street. Easy to hail a taxi. White taxi ride from the airport is about P450

Car park delayed our check out

During checkout, the car parked next to us blocked our way so it took nearly 1 hour to get us out of the carpark. The management knows that we are checking out so should have managed the parking at least for that hour. Other than that, we will still use Newgrange as it is convenient for us when in Manila.

Almost like home

I stayed for just one night, but this is my third time at this hotel. The check in was fast. Thought the elevator was under service it was fixed by the next morning. We were able to cook a nice breakfast in the room. It has a gas range. There is only AC in the bedroom but a large fan is provided for the living area to circulate the air.

Good Basic accommodation no frills

I stayed here for 10 days, at first I was not impressed, no out look, one bedroom window in the whole suite and that was frosted over (0paque). The Kitchen and living area was dark and had to have the light on to see. furniture was very basic, the safe was brought in at my request and it was not bolted down and could be carried out quite easily. Room service was every 3rd day or you had to ask for more and pay. Over all I got use to it and enjoyed the kitchen being able to prepare your own food. The other annoying aspect was you had to renew your room key every day.

great place to stay kitchen if u want to make meals everything worked great only problem no swimming pool or spa so if like us u want pool dont stay here but if u dont want pool great place to stay chinese restaurant across the road had good food
