Modern, clean and comfortable hotel in a great location near the BGC high street with many shops and dining options. My only criticism would be of the food temperature as all the “hot” food items in the breakfast buffet were stone cold. Would recommend.

I didn’t expect the breakfast to be as grand and tasty. The room and gym are all clean and the hotel’s location is just perfect. Will definitely be back and stay more than just an overnight stay at Seda soon!

Room was spotless, every single staff greets you every time they see you. The only hiccup was they have disconnect between what is on system headcount per room and what is on their list for breakfast, we always have issue every time we go for breakfast to confirm with our head-counts for couple of days. Excellent breakfast options especially my sister is pescatarian. She enjoyed it very much. I can’t say enough, everyone is amazing. First hotel I experienced that daily cleaning is mandatory but with guests’ allowed time.

Room and overall facilities was good. Quality of breakfast was good but service could be improved. Bellhops, security, and cleaning staff were great while receptionists, front desk personnel were ok. They offered massage services but only in-room. For a big hotel like this, they should have their own massage room/massage tables which would be more comfortable and relaxing.
