I've stayed in hotels from New York to San Francisco and all points in between as well as several Excellent rated hotels in the Philippines. The Seda is definitely top three and may be the best hotel I've stayed at. The room and amenities are just as described but the staff puts it over the top. Not just polite and welcoming but genuinely make you feel that they are happy to see you. Kudos to owners/management for such a great job recruiting and hiring a spectacular staff.

Everything was perfect, location, value for money, staff are absolutely lovely. The cleanliness is great, it could be better though but that's just something minor.
