Bokar och betalar med mitt kreditkort , till hotels com . Så lång allt väl , kom till receptionen och där var jag annmäld , men dom kan inte checka in mej utan jag måste ringa en kontaktperson som jag fick i ett mail , gör så sen kom det en kvinna och visade rummet pch gav mej nyckeln , sen fick jag betala en depression på 2500 pesos , dom skulle jag få när jag checkat ut , jag bad om kvitto- då försvann hon , jag ringer upp kontaktpersonen igen få säger hon dom svarar att det var ingen deposition utan betslt för rummet , förklara att det är redan betalt , det har hon ingen aning om talar om att detta är ett residens å då fungerar det så och kvitto vägrar hon över huvud taget svara på , sen frågade jag var är handukarna och toapapper , fick till svar att det skulle jag ringa en annan kontaktperson om för det var inte hennes ansvar att se till ,

Stay away!

It’s an example of right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing. Owner from hongkong don’t coordinate with people from the property( Philippines). It’s a ghetto for people who want to escape the urban stress. Not good for tourists. Security people is rude. They think they’re the law, unfortunately they’re just rude rent a cops. Took us 45mins to sort and get to our room. Disappointing stay.
