Condo Features:
Our condo is fully equipped to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It includes:
- Sleeping Arrangements: 2 big size beds
- Bathroom: Shower room with heater, powder room with a big mirror, sink, and cabinets
- Kitchen: Functional kitchen with all necessary kitchen wares, appliances, and items needed for cooking and eating
- Dining: Table and chairs for eating
- Entertainment: TV with Netflix, YouTube, etc.

- Balcony: Balcony with pool view, furnished with table and chairs
- Comfort: Well air-conditioned room

Guest Registration:
・Prior to Arrival: Submit a complete list of all guests staying in the unit, including their full names. Additionally,provide clear copies of each guest's valid identification document, such as passport, driver's license, or Social Security System (SSS) ID.
・Key Access: Upon arrival, locate the keys to your unit within the designated mailbox. Please remember to return the keys securely back to the mailbox upon leaving the unit, including during your final check-out.
Parking Information:
Parking is available for guests and visitors in designated lots: Shore 1, Shore 2, and Shore 3. Please be advised of the following parking fees:
・Free Parking: The first 15 minutes of parking are complimentary.
・Standard Parking: A fee of 50 php applies for the initial four hours of parking. This fee is also applicable for each subsequent hour.
・Overnight Parking: Overnight parking incurs an additional charge of 300 php, applicable between the hours of 1:30 am and 6:00 am.
※Guests planning to utilize overnight parking must notify the front desk upon arrival.
Olympic-Sized Pool Access:
Guests are welcome to enjoy unlimited access to the Olympic-sized pool for a nominal fee. The rates are as follows:
・Regular Days: 150 php per person, per day.
・Holidays: 300 php per person, per day.
※Please note that all pool access fees are to be settled at the Green Mist Property Office, located on the ground floor of Tower 2.
Administrative Office Hours:
The Green Mist Property Office operates with the following hours of service:
・Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
・Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
・Closed: The office is closed on all holidays.
