The hotel situated in the strategically location where by near to shopping malls, movie theater, food palace and with lot of night live places. Due to capital, Manila is pricey compared to other country sides. Due to metropolitan the traffic was terrible and the car horn sounds with tears your ears

I left my engagement ring by the pool and went back to retrieve it and it was gone. There was no one there but security guard. When I asked them to review the cameras to see who picked up my ring he told me the cameras are not working. Lie.

No wash clothes, bad system need to leave the card in the holder otherwise no electricity at all The worst elevator I ever rode in waited almost 10 minute also CSR need to take anger management I was giving a bad time cause I wanted to cancel my Uber original ride and wanted to take a earlier one very disappointed to CSR told me. I told her that I won’t be comming back to this hotel ever so Don’t worry it was my 1st time at this hotel and won’t recommend anybody to stay at this hotel I well also write a review very very soon
