THE SPACE
The unit is situated at the Ground Floor of the building so guests don't need to walk and carry luggage upstairs
There is a reception area, and guest can communicate with the security guards using intercom in the unit
The unit is big compare to the other units in the same building
With Air Conditioner and Japanese electric fan
Guests can cook - there is a stove, and multi-cooker and pots are provided. Also there is a microwave and refrigerator. Kitchen utensils as well as condiments are also provided
The bathroom has a shower heater. Towels, blankets, soap and shampoo and other essentials are also provided
And don't forget, that your dedicated manager MJ is always in the area - she can help you with cleaning, getting around, etc!

The swimming pool is super nice - it's very clean and has "swimming pool beds", where you can lie down in the water
Has gym and children's playground
Parking is available at the Steel parking behind Belmont hotel (3 mins walk) at the flat rate Php40 per 23 hours.
