This was the first time I used this hotel. It's situated smack next to bars which are noisy until the wee hours of the morning. Can't understand why the rooms don't have towel and clothes racks either behind the door or on the wall. I've seen this in almost every hotel I stayed in. Luckily this particular one got a rack and mounted it on the wall. Thanks guys.

The room was about 10 by 12 the bathroom was 3 by 5. Electrical wires coming out of the wall. The windows haven’t been cleaned in decades, ants colony running inside the room. 3 inches bugs coming under the door. Outside bar beside the hotel playing very loud music all night till 6 in morning every nights. You will never sleep at night in this hotel. Not refundable payment when you arrive before you see the room. This is all true I have photos. DO NOT GO THERE. My rating is 0.5 for the little fridge.

安価で隣のDCクラブの騒音がなければ素敵な宿。

隣がDCというクラブがあり朝5時まで営業していて客室まで音楽音が煩いので気になる人は寝れないでしょう。スタッフは対応が早くフレンドリーです。KTV店も多くロビンソンデパートにも近く、飲食店には不自由しません。

低価格で立地が最高のホテル。

現在、エレベーターのリフォーム中です。隣りのクラブで深夜から朝方まで音楽音が聞こえますが、KTV.JTV目的の人なら最高の場所であり、低価格で常宿にしたいです。レストランに不自由することがなくRobinsonデパートや食材店にも恵まれた場所です。スタッフも親切な方も多く、何でも頼めば対応してくれます。冷蔵庫、温水シャワー、エアコンが設置され満足です。近隣には動物園、水族館、教会、リサールパーク等があり行ってみるのも良いですね～。

騒音、気にしなければ良いホテル。

左側が朝方まで音楽で騒がしい飲食街なので夕方から毎朝４時頃までは音が響き眠れないでしょう。価格が安かったので予約しました。音は気にされない方はロビンソンデパートに近く、夜のKTV街、日本食、焼肉店が多く便利です。スタッフも親切です。

シャワー、トイレ、ベット共にメンテナンス、清潔さに 疑問が、3泊予定しておりましたが、1泊で他検索し 別途手はしました 最初からその金額合わせて予約していれば、良い施設に 泊まれたと思います。 金額重視なら、良いと思われますが、 次回はないと思われます。

Good: The employees were nice and it's in a bar district so about 8 blocks from the mall. 7/11 next door was convenient. Hot water heater in shower was up in the nozzle & worked well. Bad: the pictures showed the room as modern and clean. The actual rooms are extremely old. A/C in bad place and tv was smaller than a laptop and no elevator which wasn't terrible but got annoying at times. Value probably wasn't good, even at a cheaper price. Overall, it was acceptable, but we wouldn't stay again, had we known the real condition of the property.

二度と泊まらない。後悔しかない。

値段を考えればこんなものなのかわかりませんが不快な滞在でした。４泊の予定を途中で切り上げた程です。不快ポイントは以下の通り： １）やる気のないホテルマネージャー 　チェックイン時からとにかく対応にやる気がなく何をするにしてもちんたらちんたら。何をお願いしても（部屋に備え付けのはずのトイレットペーパーがないので欲しい、エアコンがつかないから対応して欲しい、等）とにかく無駄なエネルギーは一切使わないぞ！と言わんばかりの無気力さでひたすら無駄に時間を消費されます。 ２）不衛生 　個人的な観念かもわかりませんが部屋、シャワールーム、トイレどれをとっても衛生的とは思えませんでした。 ３）虫虫虫虫 　最大の不愉快ポイント。ベッドの上をわらわらと南京虫が行列してました。気付いた時には遅く身体中やられ帰国してからも１週間ほど痒みに悩まされました。

The location is good. However the owner is letting the property run down. The elevator does not work so one must walk up several flights of stairs. Bed is hard, Room is not big enough for a night stand by the bed. Water just sets on the bathroom floor in a pool. Some rooms do not have a widow. The owner does not honor Senior citizen cards which is required by law in the Philippines. Killed one large cockroach in the room.
