The room was adequate. It does need updating, but the professional, attentive and courteous staff made up for that small deficiency. The restaurant staff was courteous and attentive as well. We will recommend our family and friends to Y2 Residence Hotel.

The breakfast and staff are very nice. Room would need a little update but the beds are super confortable. (Air conditioner was dripping). Very well situated in Makati. The only downside would be the unbelievable traffic in Manila during peak hour. Be sure to plan ahead at least 1 hour from the airport (even of its close). L

Good location with plenty of food options nearby. And pretty good value for the price. Had 2 rooms. 1 was excellent. The other had a strange smell to it and the air cone and fridge was very noisy. I let the staff know when we checked out. Staff were all very helpful

The room is simple but functional and had a funky charm. I liked the kitchen and separate bedroom and the nice city views. The staff were very friendly and helpful when I had a problem with my door key card not working. They got it fixed quickly. A couple of suggestions: if the hotel provided a scrub pad and hand towel I could have cleaned the dishes better. It’s time to clean the bathroom tile grout as it is dark with dirt or mold. Overall this hotel was a good value and nice place to stay, with plenty of dining options within walking distance.

The hotel is nice enough. Big apartments. My room had some stains on the bed. The shower is ok but with curtain. Swimmingpool is ok. A bit run down hotel. Considering the price I would stay again. Friendly people at reception. Close walk to reataurants.

Y2 is a 2 star hotel

Y2 brands itself as a 3 star. Best to categorize as a 2 star. Booked the one bedroom. Interior decorator needs to be fired/replaced 😅 - what’s up with the anime character on the wall?!? Room needs a deep cleaning. Cleaning staff need additional training. For example, the soap dispensers need to be filled! Facilities need repair. Example: gym air con was not working well, making a gym workout uncomfortable. Limited, old equipment. Good points: The breakfast staff were wonderful! Chefs cooks well and is accommodating for special requests.
