"The property does not have breakfast, which i paid for as an option. The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The toilets were stained and missing a seat. And the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. Left after one night and only stayed that long to find a different place to stay."

"In the heart of the city at Ayala and Amorsolo, Seda Residences Makati provides a workable base for any business traveler. Our one-bedroom suite had all the amenities for couples traveling together: separate desk nook with a view and plenty of light, full kitchen facilities, dining area, comfortable sitting area. I could shut the bedroom door if my husband had overseas calls at night and get some sleep. Very clean, Roselle the housekeeper should be commended. Great pool, and Misto rooftop...

"The room initially provided had a musky odor, after informing the front desk they gave me another room right away. The front desk personel, Vanessa, was very accommodating. I had a restful weekend stay before my long flight back home. I would stay in this hotel again, due to the convenience of eveything in close proximity for my needs, shopping and dining."
