"The room was very tight smelly, no charge outlet for your phone by the bed. The beds made lots of noise not sturdy, no ac or fan. The bathroom was very tight and the shower was not draining well nor the water pressure was good. Very disappointed because it was an expensive hotel and the truth it was not worth it. The city was very very poor too many homeless people on the streets. Not a nice nor safe city indeed. I would never stay at that hotel not that scary town."

"I chose this hotel based on the Expedia listing, photos, and the advertised breakfast. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing like what was represented. The property is very old, poorly maintained, and in need of significant updates. The carpets felt dirty and sticky, and the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. "I liked the manager very much, super nice guy. Located in a area that was convenient for my needs. The room was clean and quiet. Another like was the location, dispite the street people who were no both but you all know the problem with mental and drugs around the country. The Carson Mansion is a spectacular Victorian Mansion 1 block away. A real must see. The only knock is the property is very tight on parking but it works. I'm not overly fussy and I would have no problem staying there again."
